Acceptance of terms and conditions
By accessing and / or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and all policies listed on this website. Feline Fun Factory reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as the need arises. New terms and conditions replace and supersede previous terms and conditions.

Before making any purchases on Feline Fun Factory, you may be asked to set up your user profile which includes a user name (email address) and password. It is your responsibility to not disclose this information to a third party. Should you believe your information to be compromised, please contact us immediately.

Feline Fun Factory’s Online Shop and the owners and employees of Feline Fun Factory will not be liable for any damages, loss or liability arising from the use or inability to use this website and the products supplied on the website. Information, ideas and opinions expressed on this website should not be considered as professional advice. When in doubt or if concerned about your pet’s health, please consult a veterinary practitioner.
The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser / user indemnifies and holds Feline Fun Factory harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

General

Restrictions on Sales
Placing an item in the shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order or an agreement of sale between the customer and Feline Fun Factory. Should an item not be available, Feline Fun Factory will notify the customer and all reasonable efforts will be made to suggest alternative products or solutions. Should the substitution be a more expensive product, and if the customer wishes to purchase the new product, the customer will be need to pay in the additional amount. Feline Fun Factory reserves the right to change content and remove or add products as the need arises. While all reasonable effort is made to keep only available products listed, we rely on our suppliers for the materials to make the toys. Should a product no longer be available, we will inform you of this and suggest an alternative product which will fulfil your needs and your cat’s needs.

Agreement of Sale
The agreement of sale between the customer and Feline Fun Factory comes into being when: – a deposit via an electronic transfer is received by Feline Fun Factory and reflects in Feline Fun Factory’s bank account or confirmation of payment is received by our paygate partner PayFast. Feline Fun Factory reserves the right to refuse / not execute an order in part or in whole should circumstances arise. The customer will be refunded any monies already paid. Feline Fun Factory can only accept transactions conducted in South African Rands. Feline Fun Factory can only deliver products to premises within the Republic of South Africa. Shipping costs may vary.

Return Policy

Only products found to be damaged or faulty may be The customer must notify Feline Fun Factory in writing within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product to Feline Fun Factory. The cost of returning the product to Feline Fun Factory is for the customer’s account, however at our discretion, Feline Fun Factory may offer to reimburse the return transportation costs. This is assessed on a case by case basis by Feline Fun Factory.

Please note:
• Please contact us on felinefunfactory@yahoo.com for our return address. The method that is chosen for delivery back to us is entirely up to you (e.g. Post Office Counter to Counter, Speed Services or Courier).
• Please allow 10 working days for your return to be inspected and for us to create your credit voucher.
• Should a product be faulty / damaged, we will fix or replace the item. Should the fault be attributed to incorrect usage, we will not be able to offer a credit voucher or exchange the product. The cost of returning the product to us, as well as the return to you (of a non-faulty product) will be charged for or not credited – whichever is applicable in each case.

Feline Fun Factory’s website is hosted, controlled and operated in South Africa and is thus governed by South African laws. Feline Fun Factory will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of all customers to the website. Feline Fun Factory reserves the right to change content and remove or add products as the need arises. While all reasonable effort is made to keep only available products listed, we rely on our suppliers to provide us with materials to make the products. Should a product no longer be available, we will inform you of this and suggest an alternative product which will fulfil your and your cat’s needs. Should this product be more expensive than the desired product, and if the customer wishes to purchase the new product, the customer will be need to pay in the additional amount should this product be purchased. Prices are subject to change without notice.
